I use Refresh Eye Drops during the day. Before bed and if I get up at night, I use Refresh Eye Gel. I use these products that have NO preservatives. This is very important. For my dry mouth I use Biotene Spray, right before bed. You can, also, get this in a gel tube. I do have Biotene Lozenges that seem to help but only short term. I am trying not to take another prescription medication. I hope this helps. These products are not cheap but they help.

When I am home, I eat watermelon for dry mouth, and because biotine, doesn’t help me much, I chew Wrigleys double mint, gum. I’m allergic to the chemicals in sugarless gum. I brush my teeth three times a day after each meal.
It’s on podcast”How the Autonomuc Nervous System is connected to Dry Eyes
I take XyliMelts for dry mouth and it really works. Xylitol is a natural product and my dentist says it may even help prevent cavities Hope this helps
@rexsan20 I found this article published by the National Institutes of health, that talks about dry eyes and mouth, the autonomic nervous system, and Sjögren’s syndrome. A good portion is dense and scholarly, but there is enough to understand.

Here is another article by this Dr. Driscoll that you mentioned and it’s easier to read.
