May I ask what sort of nasal rinses you are using? I e never done one but maybe it would clear out the mucus and gunk. Thank you.

You can view what I use on the Mayo Clinic online store. It is under the Health header, which leads you to Medicine & Treatments. Under that you will see NeilMed, which is what I use.
