Along with Prolia, reflecting on what I did different after reading everything I could find, I began eating 5-6 prunes throughout the day, walked 3 miles 5 times a week, did a leg press machine and a pull down T-bar 4 times a week, made a fruit and kale smoothie daily with 1 scoop of Collagen in it, took 2 Triple Action Osteo-Biflex, 200 mcg Vitamin K2-Mk7, 250 mg Magnesium, 2000 IU Vitamin D, 1 Mature Multi Vitamin and ate or drank Calcium all throughout the day. I try to keep myself hydrated. I also have increased the amount of protein I eat to 60. I use 1/2 scoop of Vital Proteins (3 Types of collagen) and 1/2 scoop of Dr. Axe's (5 Types collagen). Read about prune studies.
I started with Reclast. It took me 2 years to go from a -4.5 to =4.1. I started Prolia a year ago and it has made all the difference for me. I had a bone scan 3 weeks ago and went from a -4.1 to 3.6 in one year. Those readings are all from my spine. My left hip increased from-2.4 to - 2.2. Right showed no improvement. My back feels stronger. I just had my 3rd Prolia shot a week ago. It was in my left arm. I had a stiff muscle in my neck for about 4 days following the shot. I don't know if that was a reaction but I feel absolutely great now. I will reply with my daily regimen which also attributes to my good results
