I cannot clear my throat; feels like mucus is there. Suggestions?

I have same issue with feeling like I have mucus in throat- but no post nasal drip. Seems like I never clear it out. Anxious to hear any suggestions.

I have had the feeling of mucous in my throat since the onset of Covid in 2021 when I had extreme post nasal drip. My primary first prescribed fluticasone but then connected it with possible acid reflux and prescribed omeprazole. After looking up its deathly effects on natural news.com I stopped. I have been trying apple cider vinegar in hopes of a remedy. I am set to have an endoscopy in a couple of weeks. I wonder how many of us are experiencing this post-covid!!
