I've been on inhaled tobramycin since last July - 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, as per NJH prescription. I didn't lose my voice the first couple of rounds, but now lose it for about a week but it comes right back. My ENT advised me to nebulize 0.9% saline after the Toby as a vocal cord rinse and that seems to be helping. I've never been on the Big 3 but Toby has not been difficult to manage.
