Hi, I also have the heavy rib pain and CT showed nothing. It was the first sign of pain, thought something was breaking my ribs at first, went to the ER in a full blown panic attack in November. No one has been able to explain this to me! Awful. It has gotten better, from excruciating to a range of fairly mild to pretty painful. Can't tolerate pressure on my back bc it affects my ribcage. Prayers for us both.

You might take a look at Nattokinase. It is derived from fermented soy beans. It’s natural and in a “can’t hurt” category I would say. I have it in pill form from my Naturopath doctor.
I’ve been taking it about a month now with the hope that IF I have microclots it might be helpful.
I can’t tell a difference, but I’ll continue with it for awhile.
There’s a lot of info if you google. It’s supposed to be beneficial for a variety of blood flow issues.
