Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. I’ve been going to PT for the last 6 weeks. Been working on core, building leg strength and stretching muscles in hips, legs, etc. No improvement and have 1 more week of the PT. Def frustrating. If I take the Zanaflex I fall asleep better initially and in between wake-up’s but still wake up each

have you tried magnesium every day in the morning? My spams went away.
