Every night I have burning, tingling and pins and needles in my left foot. Had hemilaminectomy about 2 yrs ago to relieve pinched nerve creating severe left leg pain. Leg pain went away but was told nothing else could be done for the foot. Is there any topical cream to help relieve so I can get to sleep?

Welcome @karma12, I think a few members have mentioned using Voltaren Gel on their feet which has an active ingredient of Diclofenac sodium. Others have mentioned using Vick's VapoRub. Hopefully members will share their experience with what has helped relieve the tingling, burning pins and needles in the feet.

I'm assuming your doctors think the the nerve is still pinched or compressed and causing the pain in your feet. There is another discussion started by @jenniferhunter that you might find helpful -- Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) for treating compression and pain: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/myofascial-release-therapy-mfr-for-treating-compression-and-pain/.

Have you heard of Myofascial Release Therapy or had any type of massage therapy to see if it might help?
