@lakesofdelray, I think that would be an excellent question for you to start with when you have the surgery consult with the surgeon and care team. It might even be better to call your surgeon or care team and ask before your consultation so you can be better prepared if needed.

Have they given you any PT or exercises to do prior to the shoulder replacement?
