Doing a Google search or talking to your doctor would give you a more comprehensive answer, but basically, it’s a surgery to place a stint in the eye. And it depends on what kind of glaucoma you have. My acute angle glaucoma was treated with laser surgery, which poked a hole in the upper part of my iris so that fluid could drain properly and prevent pressure build up. Other kinds of glaucoma are treated with drops or other surgeries, such as Xen.
