Spasms in scrotum area

I had a penile prosthesis implanted 10 years ago. Recently I have been experiencing “spasms” in that area. They usually happen when I sit a certain way. The only way I can describe it is it’s like a bumblebee buzzing down there. I get relief when I place an ice pack down there. So I’m not sure if it’s the implant or something else.

No. I will, but I believe it may be a hernia. Thank you
