Procedure in a few days

I'm having a procedure in a few days under general anesthetics. can I ask to have my procedure recorded out of morbid curiosity?

I suppose you can ask whatever you'd like but my guess is your request will be turned down.
They do offer videos of various procedures.

Actually it depends on what you’re having done as many “procedures” are recorded to be read afterwards by the doctor. You aren’t specific as what you’re having done so you can only expect to receive limited help here. We can most likely help you out though with a little more information.

I presume the surgeon will either use a scope with a small incision opening or two vs. open procedure thru your scrotum. You should discuss w/ surgeon before hand. If a scope is used video capture may be a possibility otherwise most likely not. You’re talking about a small area to work in w/o a lot of space for xtras. Should be a simple process, good luck
