Hi @deborah67 You know what I’m going to say; Anytime we have a dramatic change in our health, it’s really important to have that checked out. Experiencing sudden exhaustion can be related to the heart, adrenal insufficiency, hormonal imbalance, sleep apnea…and the list goes on…

I had blood work done a month ago every thing was fine. I am waiting to see a cardiologist for over a year because my blood pressure drops so low i fall down . the lowest it has gone is 50/43. also my heart rate is either very low but when I stand up it goes to fast. while in hospital for something else, when i was falling down my heart went into an abnormal rythime. So maybe the syntoms are related. My mom dies of cardiac arrest when she was 57 I am 56.
