Have you tried pedio lite it’s for baby’s but but it has a lot of electrolytes in it my doctor suggested to me when I had a lot of vomiting from the flu because it had electrolytes unit to replace what I had lost being sick

Thanks for the information. Can't find the Pedio Lite but Pedialyte is readily available. Has very high sodium and sugar for my case. I will look more for Pedio Lite to see if they exist. I added tonic water without sugar to my lemon juice mixture and was much easier on my throat and it worked. I will try tonight and see if it works again. Thanks again for the note (:-)!
