Mainelady,

I totally understand how you feel. I was there 4 years ago when my daughter was born. I had severe anxiety and panicked very minute of the day. It took 18 months to finally get on the right meds and feel normal again.

Hi RAB1206, Were you diagnosed with postpartum depression? When my son was 7 weeks old my panic was so severe I was going to be hospitalized but I had my parents nearby who took us in for about 2 weeks and 10 months later I felt like myself once again. He is now 21 years old!! I believe we are strong women.
