my outer ear is red and i have a pain its started 5 yrs ago and keeps going and coming back im 13 now ive seen doctors they say its nothing

Did I understand correctly from your message that you are 13 years old and you've had pain and redness on your outer ear off and on for the past 5 years? Have you tried different pillows? Is it worse after sleeping?
