I had a d&c with hysterscopy in March for postmenopausal bleeding. It was a quick out patient procedure & I was fine right after. Had a little spotting for about a day. Everything was fine, no abnormalities but I did have endometrial atrophy (very thin lining). Since my surgery in March I did have more spotting however my 3 episodes of spotting were occurring 2 weeks after I was receiving steroid injections in my shoulders. Hope some of this helped.
