Good evening, as you noticed, I did not use a support hose, just the leggings/yoga pants. I bought most of them at Costco made by national brands. Some of the fabrics are recycled which is a good thing. You need pockets and a high waistband. I also found it easier to size up one level. Most sell for $10-$15.
