Thanks for such detailed timeline. I also started daily water fasting since read a book about it. I fast 16 hours from evening to the next morning and then eat a lot in 8 hours window but mostly just turkey and vegetables and egg and fruits. I have not tried green juices yet. I’m in Chicago suburb, not much luck to find Chinese alternatives. I like to practice QiGong and Tai Chi if possible.

It’s very easy to do night-morning 14 hours fasting. I don’t even feel hungry. You can drink black coffee during this time. Did you drink green juices when conduct longer than 16 hours fasting?

Hi, did your oncologist explain why chemo and radiation was not recommended? I had a 1.4cm removed, grade 3, 0 nodes, onco score 16 as well. My oncologist straight up said chemo is needed.
I was diagnosed with stage 1 t2 estrogen positive and her2 neg oncotype is 8 lymphovascular invasion present. Dr said it's in the tumor I had radiation done and I'm still worried. Should I be ?

Fantastic! Never did a long water fasting like this one. Fasting since Thursday at 5:00 pm.

I do night morning fasting 14 - 16 hours. Just did 60 hours water fasting. I don't drink coffee, just water since August 2022 and sometimes green tea.
I can’t imagine how one can fast for 60 hours. But it’s good for you to get rid of toxins! I’ll try to fast 24 hours after my chemo therapy complete.
Is Dr. Wong you met Dr. George Wong in NYC? I saw another cancer survivor mentioned Dr. George Wong’s name yesterday.
Yess. I have been taking his tea since October.
