Good evening @penk0213, and a heartfelt welcome to Connect. Your message says you are not getting concrete advice from your Dr or PT. Are you wanting to have some exercise options presented to you that will support your Osteoporosis?

In order to share appropriately, will you please tell me your age and some idea of your health condition? What exercises have you been performing? Do you do some programmed Yoga stretches? How about exercises for stability and balance?

And here's another question I have for you. How are you doing with the Forteo injections? No side effects?

May you be safe, protected and free of inner and outer harm.
Chris

I’m 79 and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis in my lumbar spine. I am fairly active in the summer but sedentary in the winter which is long here at 9214 ft in Colorado. I am currently on no drugs. I am going to PT at this time.
