It is difficult to sort out if these symptoms are due to Covid or not. I am appreciating hearing from others and just getting some comparisons and ideas. I haven’t really found anything that helps with the itching. It seems so random as it skips around as you suggest. I try not to scratch or rub the area. Sometimes a cold cloth on the area helps. If not, I work to distract myself with an enjoyable activity. Best wishes to you.

MY ITCHING WAS SO BAD ALL OVER 48 HRS. BEFORE I GOT TESTED FOR COVID THE FIRST TIME. ITCHING FROM HEAD TO TOE, I WENT ONLINE TO CORNELL CONNECT, NY HOSPITAL FOR A TELEMEDICINE VIDEO. AND THE DOCTOR GAVE ME 50MG. ONCE A DAY FOR 5 DAYS OF PREDNISONE WHICH IS A LOT BUT IT DID THE TRICK.

Thank you for your message. I do also try cold and it gives some relief. I am afraid it is just another thing to learn to deal with on this road to recovery. I remain positive!! Hope you can, too.
