Can anyone recommend a calcium supplement?

Can anyone recommend a calcium supplement? I just noticed my current supplement includes only calcium & D. From what I've read you really should have other vitamins and/or minerals in a supplement.

Look into Osteo-K from NBI. I’ve just ordered it. Haven’t tried it.

I use Nature Made Calcium with Magnesium, Zinc and Vitamin D. It's affordable and available in the smaller town where I live. 2 tablets twice per day.

Hi @leeosteo, You may want to check out Bone Up by Jarrow. There are a number of reviews on Amazon. I've been piecing calcium and other supplements together to try and get all the nutrients necessary to improve bone health, but when I'm through them, I'm going to use Bone Up.

Hi. I take green calcium, it does work the same as calcium from rocks but it's from the sea so it also has other minerals in it as well , I also take bioceuticals vitamin d separate

Thanks for your input. I did see this calcium supplement in a nearby whole foods grocery by me. The ingredients look close to Dr Keith McCormick's OsteoNatural calcium supplement. Have you look at Dr McCormick's calcium supplement? It's called Osteo Sustain.

Thank you all for your input. Has anyone looked at Caltrate D+ with minerals? Seems there are potentially toxic fillers included? Polythylene Glycol, Red 40 Lake, Talc, Titanium Dioxide, Yellow 6 Lake. I'm not a scientist so I could be wrong here.

I use calcium citrate, magnesium and zinc with vit D3. I asked a pharmacist to help me choose between brands and he said they were same (if the amount of the ingredients were the same).

I have added vitamin K2(90 - 100mcg per day) along with my calcium chew. Vitamin K2 like Vitamin D requires dietary fat for absorption.

I have used New Chapter. It also has a variety of supportive ingredients. Not a calcium carbonate or citrate product.
I just started taking Trader Joe’s marine collagen. Interested if anyone has a collagen product they like.
