I’ve had prostate cancer for maybe 15 years; I had my DNA tested and have no DNA markers for cancer. Which means no one in my family is genetically prone to cancer. Several of my doctors have said that a contributing cause of my cancer what is my diet. In my opinion, your best option would be eating a very healthy diet. Especially avoid fatty red and processed meats as a mainstay of your diet.

"There's no sure way to prevent prostate cancer. Study results often conflict with each other, and most studies aren't designed to definitively prove whether something prevents prostate cancer. As a result, no clear ways to prevent prostate cancer have emerged.
