I hope your pain has improved. I had the nerve pain from the diaphragm that you describe. I had another surgery involving the diaphragm. I was given Gabapentin which helped a lot.
Thanks for sharing! Hope you'll feel much better & the surgery, as treatment, would eventually accomplish its intent: remove pain & suffering. The info in this support group firmed my decision against cholecystectomy! Especially b/c seniors like me can no longer afford (health wise & financially) the complications triggered by the surgery. Take care everyone & let's hope for the best! I also wish/pray for all in this support group a speedy recovery. Let's all get well & eat gluten-, fat-, sugar- free food. I am still searching 4 these on the web w/c sometimes give contradictory advice; therefore, I resort to Mayo Clinic as a reputable source of valuable medical info! When feeling better, try gentle yoga, walking, etc. Godspeed to ALL!
