What precautions should I take after Skin sparing Mastectomy?

I had skin sparing Mastectomy on 4th Jan and reconstruction with muscle flap.I want to know what kind of precautions I have to take now regarding food,mobile phones, microwave etc.Someone suggested to talk on speaker of mobile phone.Kindly guide

What were you prescribed for nausea?

I have days long bouts of nausea and then none at all. Trying to pinpoint the culprit. It may be D3 ( I reduced dosage) probiotic ( changed to a single acidophilus) or perhaps Anastrozole.

I may need some relief for those flare up days.

Hoping you have a good adjustment to the surgery and meds as time goes on. I will be a year out for me … unilateral mastectomy next month… it really does take about a year to be back to “ routine” check ups 🌸.

Thanks so much for your good wishes. I was prescribed Ondansetron ODT. It’s dissolves under your tongue. It has helped tremendously.

Sorry,somehow I missed your comment.I am doing good.Little bulge under right arm,stiff back ,stiff breast muscle but doing good.My Dr didn't suggest any precautions so I am just enjoying everything☺️
