Thank You too much!
I did mention it to my doctor, however he suggested a test that is like acupuncture....made me nervous.....I read up on Morton's and I will try some if the home remedies first. I started doing like 50 jumping jacks a day before Christmas and I think this is what started it,

You mentioned that your physician suggested a test to obtain information to determine a diagnosis, it sounds like they are recommending an EMG. As a provider myself, I suggest that you follow through with what your doctor has suggested. Home remedies are great when it is used in combination with medical treatment and recommendations. It is important to obtain a medical diagnosis as opposed to reading information and guessing what it might be. Many times when peripheral neuropathy is treated early it makes a difference in outcomes. I hope you find out what is causing the numbness in your feet and have a successful treatment.
