You are correct. There is nothing to relief the burning stacbbing horrible feelings from my hips down. Everyone wants to days it’s anxiety and depression but it’s not. It hurts so bad I could cry all day. And don’t get to sleep but a few hours before the pain wakes me up. Any suggestions?

I was taken off gabapentin and put on amitriptyline. I sleep much better now. None of the OTC creams helped me. Hope you get some relief soon
Melatonin is just as bad. I wish I could help you but I don’t know if anything.

But you may try sleeping pills to avoid the sleepless nights as I did. Just don't overdose. And try rubbing pain reliefs such as Vapor Rub , Vicks, Icy Hot, etc. and I rub cream twice a day from feet, legs, waist...
