Consider asking your medical team for labs and a consult in three months and then assess the clinical data, did it rise again, family history, DRE, MRI of the prostate, life expectancy, co-morbidities...A third PSA test could also be used in determining PSA velocity and doubling time, more clinical data in solving the jigsaw puzzle, what is it, do I need to do something...?
