I didn’t do well over the holidays, but feeling physically and emotionally stronger lately. I get 3rd Somatuline Depot injection tomorrow… still on learning curve on best way to handle side effects. I feel fortunate that I am functioning quite well while others are suffering. Thanks for asking Colleen! Bette

Welcome to our group. Looks like Somatuline Depot is the First Line long lasting drug of choice for you. It is good you are tolerating it well. My chemo side effects are different than the ones listed in information for Somatuline Depot. Being involved in your treatment is important. Bile Duct and Liver cancers are mine and my treatment side effects are fatigue, brain fog, forgetfulness, lack of appetite, the need to drink lots of water to keep my kidneys clear and general weakness.
