Vicious cycle: Sleep and Depression

If you can’t sleep you can get depressed and also have anxiety. I’ve never heard of anyone who can’t sleep.
Have any of you know of someone who doesn’t sleep? I’m sub-human for sure.

My husband uses it for his insomnia and it works for him. I tried it but it gave me terrible nightmares and left me groggy next morning.

I am sending good thoughts back to you. I found that a very cold room and a sleeping bag are helpful. Weird I know. I also read to take a spoonful of peanut butter during the night helps. I tried it and there was some help.
Who knows? Any ideas wacky or not are welcome, as I am desperate.

You may want to try a weighted blanket. These are great for anxiety and sleep. I love mine. I’m 120 lbs and use a 15 lb. blanket. Do a quick google search and read about the benefits.
