I (39yr olf Female) have this same thing! I'm comforted to hear you describe it so clearly! Thank you for that! You give me relief that I'm not crazy!
I have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism (probably Hoshimotos) by a naturalpath MD. where I learned most people on thyroid meds still have symptoms despite hormone levels returning to normal because the inflimation in the cells is still present. Something to discuss with a REALLY GOOD Dr. NOT A DISMISSIVE ONE! I like many of you have been trying to find answers and just want to feel normal again! The most success I've had is going on a completely antiinflamatory diet. It subsides, but I still have this and other symptoms. It takes a long time to purge you body of toxins from bad food/environment toxins etc. Best of luck to all.

Have the same for long time had an MRI and I have Brain white Matter desease have to go to neurologist to know if this is the reason for the inner shakiness
