Hi Billie,

Thanks for reading my post. I had sleep apnea ten years ago and then lost 123 pounds. My wife, who died last August, said I didn’t snore. My sleep problems began before she died. I like your comment about cool air blowing in my face. I’ll put the fan on.

Also, four hours before going to sleep, I stop drinking coffee and do home exercises to tire me. But not enough to exhaust me. Does exercise help others?

Thanks so much for taking an interest. It’s nice knowing I’m not alone.

Ronnie I really do believe that everybody on this site has felt the same way that you do right now you're not alone and as far as exercising that is something that would be how it makes you feel me I think I would be leaning towards maybe 6 hours of no caffeine before bed and maybe even exercise a little bit earlier because sometimes if you're exercising right before bed you're getting your heart rate up and that would cause you to wake up even more and activate the caffeine that's already in your system I hope that helped a little bit more you have a wonderful night thank you
