@purplesky28
I was wondering about cannabis and asked my sleep medicine DR about it He wouldn't even consider it since it has not been researched. I suggested to a couple of my DR'S that now is your chance to study epic dreaming, cannabis, etc. One replied that no one wants to spend time and money on rare disorders.
So here we are scouring the internet, grasping at straws, desperate to find things that work.
Same here..can you please let me know if there is any solution to this
Hi @purplesky28, Welcome to Connect. I've also had dreams most all of my life that I can remember but other than a few recurring nightmares in my youth, it hasn't been too intrusive on my quality of life. A few years ago I had an overnight sleep study where I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and started using a CPAP. It took over a year to get used to it but it has improved my quality of sleep.
I imagine you've tried a lot of different things to help with your sleep. Have you ever had a sleep study?
