I did physical therapy, the Dr. Said I did great was farther along than a lot of his patients. I kept telling him my knee felt like it had a tight band around it and it burns like it's on fire all the time. And so much worse standing or walking. It's around the entire top and sides of my knee. I'm in pain 24/7 pain meds don't work, CBD oil with THC doesn't work. I have a spinal stimulator for my back they adjusted it said that should help nothing again. I've tried everything. Been to my Dr. Twice more and another opinion they say my knee looks fine. I don't care how it looks I care how it feels going on 19 months now with no relief

Good evening @luvndasun, I just received your message and am concerned about your lack of positive response to your continued pain. Because you mention the tight band feeling, I am going to reach deep and recommend MFR, myofascial release therapy. I am not a professional medical provider. I only know that when nothing else worked for me, I turned my knee over to an MFR therapist with an Expert level rating from John Barnes, the developer of MFR.

After my second TKR, my PT and MFR therapists worked together to ensure pain-free survival. Here is some more information about MFR, found here on Connect.

Please get back to me if you need help finding a local therapist.
