TY, Ginger. I’ve found dermatologists and would like to find someone to examine ALL my skin…everything everywhere....but it looks as though there are no doctors that would do both at once. Am I correct?
Thank you so much for your kindness.❤️

I had basal cell skin cancer on my face (4 surgeries) in 2019. Since that time my dermatologist's certified nurse practitioner has inspected all of my skin every 6 months. Look for a large practice who has multiple care givers on staff. They will have time for these exams. Best of luck to you.

My husband had melanoma years ago. He sees the dermatologist every year who checks him head to toe front and back. You should be able to find one as well.

my derm looks at every inch of my skin, even bottom of my feet, top of my scalp. I did have a squamous cell carcinoma on my nose 2 yrs ago and i take Humira and Imuran (which i guess slightly increases your risk of certain cancers) and so she inspects me every 6 months. The derm i went to before did not and after he left the room and the nurse was asking if i had questions, i said "yes, is he going to examine me?" she looked surprised and said "he didnt examine you", I said" he acted like he was, but i have no faith in that exam" she went back out and brought him back in and watched him examine me a bit more thoroughly but begrudgingly. At that point, i said never mind, i will find a new doctor who wants to take care of me, and walked out.
