Oh my gosh, you sound exactly like me! I have never talked to anyone else that experienced this issue. It is so awful isn’t it? And no one ever believes that someone could have the opposite effect to drugs. I have tried Olly sleep gummies and also a parch that goes on your wrist called “Dream” which sort of work? I have also tried various drugs lately from a doctor and they have been awful! I am in the process of quitting them! Good luck to you.❤️
