I am sorry, I can not tell you if Medécins sans Frontières cover expensive long-term use of medications. I would have to search for this information on their website as well.

Yesterday, I have watched a movie called Mission: Finding happiness in troubled times with Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu. Just marvelous!!! Desmond Tutu mentions a bit the wonderful work Medecins sand Frontières do in Africa, remembering you and your comment about them.
