Hello, my name is Pammy, Will you please let me know what support group you moved me too? I'm new to this and a little confused. I needed a schedule to get off Ativan. I've been on it about 13-14 yrs I think at 2 mg 4x a day a total of 8 mg a day. Do I taper one dose at a time or taper all 4 doses in one day?
