Is rebounding an appropriate exercise for someone with knee arthritis?

I would love to try rebounding for its many health benefits. Has anyone with knee arthritis tried this or know whether it is recommended?

Hi Patricia @patriciab, I've thought about it but not sure I have good enough balance. I would definitely discuss it with my doctor before trying it if you have bad knees. Here's a video I found that might be helpful.

This is excellent information, John. I will check in with my doctor first, but the exercises shown in the video are exactly what I was looking for. Thank you kindly for your response!

I talked to a physical therapist about the wisdom of using a rebounder even though knee arthritis is a limitation. She said a multitude of exercises can be done on a rebounder which is very low-impact and quite beneficial.
