Epley maneuver is GREAT for vertigo and you can do it at home in bed!! My vertigo woke me one morning and I couldn't move at all. Thought I was having a massive stroke. I actually called my mother and my daughter in CA to say goodbye!! I was strapped to a board as they took me downstairs to ambulance. Literally couldn't move without horrific vertigo setting in!! They did the Epley maneuver in the hospital and it worked and I continued at home for quite awhile. Easy to do and takes little time. For me it worked like a miracle!
