Anyone find relief from arthritis pain. I live in the northeastern USA. The. Old weather here just makes it unbearable at times.

I know it seems eternal but for me it was worth it to have the full range of my shoulder. I’m ever so grateful I know you’re probably frustrated but please keep going. In my case they did give me things to do at home. If you don’t follow through there’s a good chance your shoulders will freeze. I did everything right and my left shoulder still froze and what a mess that was. It was the opposite side. My right side was the torn rotator. Prayers and good thoughts. Scream to me anytime. It really helps you get through it!😊🤩

I’m gradually improving. Shoulder surger is more painful than knee and hip surgery. My surgery was November 2nd. Dr. Says I’m doing great.

When the storms roll in my pain is everywhere. I take turmeric circumin with black pepper, gelatin, and apple cider vinegar pills. I take Naproxen five hundred twice a day and tylenol extra strength two to three times a day. I recently tried to take tylenol arthritis formula ( CVS brand) and found out that it does not work for the pain I have in the daytime but if I am not in a lot of pain I take it at night because it is for eight hours of relief of pain due to it having some kind of thing in it that extends pain relief. I find that sitting makes me stiffer and it really impacts my ability to get up and walk. I am starting to go to exercises when I can at the Senior Center, and may go to the YWCA for " PRESCRIBE THE Y" programs.

I am now 79 and was rear ended at a stop sign in my early thirties. Now severe arthritis which I manage with an herbal hot pack that I heat in the microwave. An x-ray determined that the arthritis is severe, but usually I am fine, I think the hot pacs really help.

Sounds like you are on the right track! I moved to Florida and my pain has lessened most of the time. Of course the Hurricane and cold snap didn't help, however, the "normal" Florida weather has less barometric fluctuation.

I lived there three years in Ormond by the Sea, just north of Daytona and I remember seeing very elderly people walking on the beach early in the am. I loved that I could go out year round except for the hottest part of the summer and I could grow a lot of plants...........I would love to move to Orlando to attend a church I follow there, but don't know where to begin. I have to do a lot of learning about the area first. My allergies did not like central Florida much but I deal with them with meds now much better than I did when I was young. I just got a letter from a cousin who swam in the Senior Olympic games and that sure sounded nice, evidently she keeps fit with swim clinics twice a week! I am lower income but maybe in another state that is warmer I would have more ability to work......Who knows.

I highly recommend Topricin Pain Relief with Arnica +10. It is an amazing topical……reduces pain and aching by at least 50% or more. I have EDS and multiple surgeries……this helps w residual pain and my sister has arthritis badly and says it’s the only thing that makes a true difference. ! I’d try it!

Voltaren does little a dis not worth the money. Luminas patches help some, so does VitaFlex for horses and aspercreme. Naproxen helps so inflammation is a problem. will try the Topricin. I have EDS big time and it gets worse with age.
