That doesn't work either. Only makes me have multiple side effects which is disgusting.

Yes and it was caused by meyoleogram, using a oil braised contrast dye.
This was recently seen in Two MRIs.

Hi, @jelizabeth - I'd like to invite into this conversation members familiar with arachnoiditis or cauda equina syndrome to comment on whether they had these diagnoses after L5-S1 surgery, like @peggyella @justjenna @caklady @carolinapearl53 @jseibert @skiprel1957. @johnbishop may also have some thoughts for you on a potential connection.

Have you had L5-S1 surgery, then, @jelizabeth? Have you been diagnosed with both arachnoiditis or cauda equina syndrome?

I had T12 - S1 surgery on Dec. 8 2021 and revision on July 1 2022. I was diagnosed with Adhesive Arachnoiditis in August 2022. I’m trying to learn as much as I can about the disease as the doctors don’t give much hope.

I have read a lot of Dr Tennants materials and listened to his pod casts which are very informative. I am trying his protocol fir the last week and considering corticosteroid injections. Anyone with experience with these injections? I am taking 600mg of Gaba and 10 mg of oxycodone every 8 hours for pain.

Thank you, the gabapentin being increased has helped some...I just hope that the cymbalta puts a kick in it.

Hi. Can I ask who you saw at Cleveland Clinic? I’m in south Florida and looking for someone familiar with this disorder. Not sure how to private message you. New to this board.

I can’t handle gabapentin at all and I’m taking three times a day 15 mg of morphine. I just keep moving and make sure I exercise every day and do a lot of walking or riding a bike as you’ve got to keep your legs moving up is in your lumbar area.
