I have to agree with @seathink. Bleeding, especially unexpected menstrual bleeding, is something you should have investigated by your doctor and/or oncologist. @auksst @janeta @addieg may also have Lupron experiences to share.

@dsparella, did you stop Lupron just a month ago November 2022 or a year ago November 2021?

My experience with bleeding came right after my FIRST Lupron injection. I am still doing them monthly but am hoping to stop early in 2023. Right after my first injection and switching to Aromasin, I experienced menstrual bleeding, although not excessively heavy, for two straight weeks. This was in November of 2021. I have not experienced it again since. I am 54 however and considered to pretty much be post menopausal so I am not sure how much that would affect it either.
