Have any of you had an overnight sleep study done?

I would like to get a sleep study done. My best guess is that my sleep disruption was caused by using low-dose estradiol cream and then a perfect storm ensued and the meds. I was given just added to the dysphoria I had already been experiencing. I’m also wondering if my blood sugar is adding to symptoms. Thank you for your suggestions.
