Is the Illopasoas normal in these MRI pictures ? Also, in the last photo, is there a labrel tear with cam deformity?

My illiopsoas was stretched out when a leg length differential left over from a hip operation. It finally got fixed with prolotherapy, a regenerative medicine technique that initiates ligament self-healing. It took ten days but the ligament tightened like a rubber bank and has been good ever since.
