Yes, I had almost constant nausea and lots of digestive issues. Based on what I learned from this blog and related articles, I tried various foods and strategies and kept notes. I started out on what was basically the BRAT diet plus baked chicken and chicken broth. The items I gradually added that worked for me are Phillips Colon Health probiotics, goat yogurt, goat milk (I used to drink lactose free milk but that started to upset my stomach). Then I gradually added back the healthy foods I used to eat such as Kellogg's All Bran cereal, oatmeal, eggs, salmon, meats, fresh fruits & vegetables and moved away from the rice, applesauce and toast.
