Hi @tbyjr2022, Sorry to hear your doctors haven't been able to figure out the cause of the numbness, tingling and other symptoms with your tongue. I saw that you had a similar discussion started in the Neuropathy group but your neurologist didn't find anything wrong. While we wait for members with similar experiences to share I thought I would share this article in case you haven't seen it and anything rings a bell with you.

You mentioned that it's intermittent. Do you think it might be an allergic reaction to something?

Hi! No, I don’t think allergy is the issue. My major concern frankly is Neurologists and ENTs are overlooking something with the tongue/throat that is the harbinger of MND. They say no. And I believe them. But I was hoping somebody in the ENT community has had similar symptoms which would give me some bearing away from the MND worries. I did have a thread in the neurology section at one point. I thought I’d give the ENT community a try.
