I am post surgery. I tried shots and PT to avoid surgery. My rotator cuff tear was severe from a fall on the ice. I tried everything to avoid it but it only made it worse unfortunately. Tear turned into a hole. My rotator cuff behind it was also torn. Bicep shredded. In 2014 tore left arm at work. Not so severely. Did PT shots and kayacking. It healed. This one in right arm no such luck. Have a merry Christmas 🎄🎁
I realize that "hindsight" is always 20/20, but I was told to have my shoulder's replaced in 2013. I had so many other health issues at the time that I put this shoulder replacement aside. I figured that modern medicine would come up with a solution to address the lack of cartilage in my joints. Apparently there is nothing that can be injected into the shoulder joints to cushion them. I am experiencing pain every time I move my arms. Has anyone had a positive outcome to addressing the lack of cartilage in their should joints ?

If you can possibly take Delta 8, I know positively that it can take care of the pain, BUT, be careful if you are on blood thinners or heart pills and check with the doctor to learn what it does other than kill pain.

I know it seems eternal but for me it was worth it to have the full range of my shoulder. I’m ever so grateful I know you’re probably frustrated but please keep going. In my case they did give me things to do at home. If you don’t follow through there’s a good chance your shoulders will freeze. I did everything right and my left shoulder still froze and what a mess that was. It was the opposite side. My right side was the torn rotator. Prayers and good thoughts. Scream to me anytime. It really helps you get through it!😊🤩

Could I share an amazing product that I just happened to find about 25 years ago that will help you with your pain. I have R A and other issues and this is my secret in my pocket. You can buy this on Amazon. The product is a flannel covered gel hot/cold ice pack. No dripping ever. You can lay down go to sleep in your bed and it will not hurt your bedding or anything. It’s called Core Products Soft Core Pack Hot and Cold therapy. I bought 10x6 I throw one in the freezer and keep it there at all times. They come packaged in separate packages and I have given away more than you can imagine. I have all my friends and acquaintances in them. We’re hooked. Good luck. Write me any time.
