I know it seems eternal but for me it was worth it to have the full range of my shoulder. I’m ever so grateful I know you’re probably frustrated but please keep going. In my case they did give me things to do at home. If you don’t follow through there’s a good chance your shoulders will freeze. I did everything right and my left shoulder still froze and what a mess that was. It was the opposite side. My right side was the torn rotator. Prayers and good thoughts. Scream to me anytime.
