Thanks for the reply. I consulted 3 breast surgeons and all of them said mastectomy because of 2 dcis in same breast.
I had single mastectomy on 16th. It went well and I am recovering. Waiting for the surgery pathology results this week and then meet with oncologist. I just saw you have 2nd opinion oncologist, I may consider have 2 oncologists to consult the after surgery treatment plan. Thank you

Tomorrow I see the second-opinion oncologist and Friday the radiation oncologist. I’m terrified of radiation - well, not the radiation actually, but the possible side-effects. I have a lot of questions and a lot of anger. (I almost feel sorry for the doctor!)
